The Bitcoin Society (TBSO) is the world’s first publicly listed company to implement a bitcoin treasury company model combined with a network-based corporate structure aimed at supporting the individual financial sovereignty of its members.

The objective of the Bitcoin Treasury Company activity is to increase the number of bitcoins held in order to raise the number of bitcoins per share, and therefore the company’s overall value.

This capital serves as the monetary base of our ecosystem, enabling the design of robust and transparent financial instruments, particularly in support of our network-based company and the financing of real-economy projects.

The objective of the network-based company, open to all, is to provide a new voice for those who share the same values of individual responsibility, hard work, financial autonomy, and freedom. It will enable the implementation of actions aimed at influencing public debate, clarifying positions, and defending the interests of its members. It also offers broad and free access to financial education resources.

The club activity, based on an annual subscription business model, aims to support freelance workers, artisans, shop owners, startups, and SMEs seeking to unlock their growth and become better entrepreneurs, as well as members wishing to build wealth and become better investors through maximum diversification and market resilience.

We have acquired 98% of the company Tayninh (Euronext: TAYN) and have filed a Public Tender Offer (PTO) at a price of €0.11 per share.

This company will be renamed TBSO, and its governance structure will be transformed into a partnership limited by shares (SCA).
